Book the night before
Choose Schedule, pick a date and time, and book. You can schedule from 1 hour to 30 days ahead, and change or cancel any time before pickup. For a 6 a.m. flight, book the evening before and sleep a little easier.
Know your price first
Your upfront price includes tolls and any airport fees. What you see when you book is what you pay. Try the price estimator to see a sample fare from your neighborhood.
The right door, every time
Check-in counters sit at different doors along the departures curb. Tell the app your airline and your driver drops you closest to it. If your airline has moved counters, just let your driver know.

Getting picked up after you land
Each airport has a rideshare pickup area. Follow the airport signs. The app shows you the exact spot. Grab your bags first, then request your ride to keep your wait short.
Flight delayed?
Update your pickup time in the app, or message your driver once they're assigned. No calls between personal numbers needed.
