Our goal

We aim for our website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We test with automated tools and by hand, and we fix problems as we find them.

What we've done

• Text and controls meet WCAG color-contrast requirements, including on gradient backgrounds.
• Every part of the site works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
• Form fields have labels, and errors and confirmations are announced to screen readers.
• Images and illustrations have text descriptions, and decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
• Animations play once, finish within 5 seconds, never flash, and turn off when your device's "reduce motion" setting is on.
• Pages work on phones and when zoomed to 200%.
• The homepage is available in Spanish.

Known limitations

• Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are currently available in English only.
• We're still testing the Rydelinx rider and driver apps with assistive technology before launch.

Riders with disabilities

Service animals are always welcome, and drivers help with folding wheelchairs and mobility devices at no extra charge. See our policies for riders with disabilities.
