As a driver, you agree to: • Maintain a valid driver's license and insurance • Comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulations • Treat riders with respect and courtesy • Maintain a clean and safe vehicle • Accurately report all earnings and expenses

Rydelinx Rideshare may charge fees for using its services. These fees may vary and are subject to change.

The Rydelinx Rideshare app, its content, and its intellectual property are owned by Rydelinx Rideshare or its licensors. You may not use or reproduce any part of the app or its content without our prior written consent.

Rydelinx Rideshare reserves the right to terminate your access to the app or services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Use.

The Rydelinx Rideshare app and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In no event shall Rydelinx Rideshare be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the app or services.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States of America.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New Hampshire.
